Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund or free reschedule

• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: The full session fee is charged

Session Boundaries

All sessions — whether Reiki, counselling, or bereavement support — are provided in a professional and confidential setting. Marie operates within the ethical guidelines of her professional accreditation bodies. Sessions are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are in crisis, please contact your GP, a crisis helpline, or emergency services.

• Access is for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute programme materials
• All content is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Marie Hunt Holistic Therapies
• Refunds for Healing Programmes are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of purchase

5. Digital Products & Downloads

Where digital products (such as guided meditations, audio files, or workbooks) are purchased through this website, delivery is made electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once a download has been accessed, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
